I am thrilled to be offering an online DBT skills group starting February 4th for 12 weeks. The skills taught in Dialectical Behavior Therapy are like skills for life. You’ll learn how to better regulate your emotions, use mindfulness for good (and no, you don’t have to meditate), tolerate crises and hard emotions, and navigate interpersonal situations more effectively. DBT is the most recommended therapy for Borderline Personality Disorder, but these skills are also great for anxiety, depression, suicidality, and self-harm.
